These terms govern your use of robosouls.com and the basis on which Robosouls Inc (“RoboSouls”, “we”, “us”) provides print and packaging services. By using this website or accepting a quotation from us, you agree to them.

Where we have signed a separate written agreement or purchase order with you, that document takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

You may use this website to learn about our services and to send us an enquiry. There is no account to create, nothing to purchase online, and no payment is taken through this site.

• Do not use the site in any way that is unlawful, or that interferes with anyone else’s use of it.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its servers, or any connected system.
• Do not use automated systems to scrape, copy or republish our content without written permission.
• Do not submit anything to our forms that is false, misleading, or that you do not have the right to send.

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Product descriptions, specifications and examples of previous work are provided for information and do not form a contract.

When you send us a brief we will respond with a quotation. A quotation is an estimate based on the specification you give us: the material, size, quantity, finishing and delivery requirement. If any of those change, the quotation changes with them.

A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing. Until then either party may walk away without liability.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Where no period is stated, treat a quotation as open for 30 days, after which material costs may have moved.

Unless you have asked us to create artwork for you, you are responsible for the files you supply and for what they contain.

We check supplied artwork for print readiness — resolution, bleed, colour mode and dieline accuracy — and will tell you if we see a problem. That check is a courtesy, not a guarantee, and it does not transfer responsibility for the content of your files to us.

• You confirm you own or are licensed to use every image, typeface, logo and piece of text in the artwork you supply.
• You confirm the artwork does not infringe anyone else’s rights and is not unlawful.
• You are responsible for checking and approving proofs. Once you approve a proof, that approval is what we print.
• Changes requested after approval, or after a job has gone to press, may not be possible and may be chargeable.

Print is a physical process and some variation is inherent to it. Colour can shift between a screen and a printed sheet, between paper stocks, and between separate production runs of the same job.

Where exact colour is critical, ask for a physical proof before the run. A screen preview is not a colour standard.

Substrates and finishing materials are subject to availability. If a specified material becomes unavailable we will tell you and propose the closest alternative rather than substituting silently.

Tolerances for colour accuracy, quantity variance and defects, and the process for raising a problem, are set out in our Return Policy.

Our 72 hour turnaround runs from written approval of the final artwork and proof, not from first contact. Jobs involving custom tooling, specialist finishing or materials we do not hold in stock take longer, and we will tell you that when we quote.

Delivery dates are given in good faith and depend on approvals arriving on time. Where a delay is caused by late approval, a change of specification, or something outside our reasonable control, the delivery date moves accordingly.

We deliver across India. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you nominate, or to your carrier where you arrange collection.

Our standard commercial terms are 50 percent in advance and 50 percent on delivery, unless we have agreed different terms with you in writing.

Production is scheduled on receipt of the advance. Prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise on the quotation.

No payment is taken through this website. All invoicing and payment happens directly between us.

Custom print and packaging is made to your specification and cannot be resold, so what can be cancelled depends on how far the job has progressed.

Tell us as early as possible if you need to cancel. Work already carried out — design time, tooling, plates, materials purchased and press time — is chargeable. The cancellation and refund position is set out in our Return Policy.

The content of this website — text, layout, photography of our work, and the RoboSouls name and marks — belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not reproduce it commercially without our written consent.

Artwork you supply remains yours. We use it solely to produce your job.

Where we create artwork or a dieline for you, ownership of that work is as set out in the quotation or in a separate agreement. Ask before assuming a transfer of ownership.

Client names and logos shown on this site appear with the permission of the clients concerned. We will not show your work publicly if you ask us not to.

We take responsibility for the quality of what we produce, and the Return Policy sets out how we put defects right.

Beyond that, our total liability in connection with any job is limited to the value of that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — including loss of profit, loss of business, or the cost of a missed campaign or event — arising from a delay or a defect.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

This website links to other sites, including WhatsApp and our social profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms apply once you leave ours.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

We would rather resolve a problem than argue about it. Contact us first and we will try to put it right.

We may update these terms as our services change or as the law requires. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. This version was published on 10 September 2026. The terms that apply to your order are those in force when we confirm it.
